Mt Aso adventure, March 1-3

 3 days to get the taste of a different Mt. Aso

Riding mountain e-bikes from the train station to the very top - and back. 6 hours

Trying to climb stairs on the bike - I fell off and.......

Luckily I was still able to walk, cycle AND take some photos

Visiting an old farmhouse pension and a 1000 year old vilage

Japanese andromeda (アセビ)

Returning to the mountain at night. It started snowing

Wind and snow. -5°C

Silence. Just a few bellows of distance deer.

It was cold but in the quietness and the warmth of the fire we felt  kind of spiritual.

The next day, back to Fukuoka
