"If you look real hard you will find them" I was told. Now I can confirm this. And you have got to look very hard indeed! There were 4 birds in a flock of Rooks, ミヤマガラス

 The presence of something white in the distance alerted me. It kept disappearing in the big flock. At first I noticed just 2 birds, at the last moment 2 more, only by their size. 

Finally a bit closer, but not much better

Also at the same time and location: Common Starlings, ホシムクドリ

In the bright sunlight they all looked just pitch black

Hooded Cranes, ナベヅル  heading north
