At the Wax tree, ハゼノキ

The Japanese Hazenoki supplies food to small birds as long as the seeds are not too big and not too hard. Some trees seem to be more popular than others. Go to the mountains and find the right tree.

The Warbling White-eyes, メジロ come in small groups

Red-flanked Bluetail, ルリビタキ. Fleetingly and shy.

Long-tailed Tit, エナガ Going their own way.

Japanese Pygmy Woodpecker, コゲラ. I aways check their head for the red line in case it's a male, but hardly ever get it on a photo
