I waited anxiously for the Higambana to bloom, so I could finally look for the black Papilio butterflies that were scarce in summer. It didn't happen. Not only were the flowers late, the few butterflies were all old and worn, I deleted all their images. Only these Swallowtails are left in my album.
Asian swallowtail, ナミアゲハ Papilio xuthus
The Autumn version of the Peacock Pansy, タテハモドキ Junonia almana
No eyes on the under wings
Chinese Bushbrown, ヒメジャノメ Mycalesis gotama
