December birds 3-2

So glad to see the Redstarts in winter. They are literally everywhere. The male so colorful and daring, the female soft and sweet. Like the lady below. Daurian Redstart, ジョウビタキ




And then the thrushes, how boring the fields would be without them. Dusky Thrush, ツグミ

Even the common White-cheeked Starlings, ムクドリhave their charme - in ugliness – after a bath





Back to the waders: Common Greenshank, アオアシシギ
