Imazu August 8th

I went to Imazu to see nothing. Expected nothing. And saw nothing. But... Tattlers, about 15 birds were resting on the concrete riverbank.

Grey-tailed Tattler, キアシシギ

among them the regular Greenshank, アオアシシギ

Some Greenshanks, アオアシシギ were wading in a water field. In the heat of the day, it looked kind of cool.

Little Ringed Plover, コチドリ as well

A Whiskered Tern, クロハラアジサシ was flying overhead. I could not take a picture.
