Oriental Pratincole, ツバメチドリ - Ruff, エリマキシギ - Redshank, アカアシシギ and some more

Today, September 5th a variety of waders were seen together. The field is badly maintained and a lot of dried weeds that don't get cleared up make it hard to get a proper view.

From left to right:  Black-winged Stilt, セイタカシギ - Greenshank, アオアシシギ - male Ruff, エリマキシギ ♂ - Common Sandpiper,イソシギ - Redshank, アカアシシギ - female Ruff, エリマキシギ♀ - Wood Sandpiper, タカブシギ

Pacific Golden Plover, ムナグロ

Oriental Pratincole, ツバメチドリ found the perfect matching color to his feathers in the adjacent field.

There were other birds, mostly Wood sandpipers, タカブシギ  but also Red-necked Stints, トウネンand Long-toed Stints, ヒバリシギ. The Red Knot コオバシギ was still there and many Common Snipes タシギ huddled together.
